It's hard for us to picture life without our son Max. We are very fortunate to have the financial wherewithal to have navigated through the adoption process. The average adoption costs in excess of $30,000 when all expenses are accounted for. Unfortunately many people cannot afford to navigate through this process. It is heartbreaking to think of people not being able to complete their families because they don't have enough $ to adopt. Helpusadopt.org is an incredible organization that provides the final piece of the puzzle, so that people are able to complete their families. It is our honor to serve as co-chairs of this years Faces of Adoption Spring Benefit.

Helpusadopt.org is a national 501c3 financial grant program that helps couples/individuals (regardless of race, religion, gender, ethnicity, marital status or sexual orientation) with the cost of their adoptions by awarding grants up to $15,000. Helpusadopt.org supports domestic, international and foster care adoptions and does not charge its applicants to apply. Since 2007, Helpusadopt.org has built 168 families by awarding nearly $1.4 million in grant monies.
